"We have lived in this area for 10 years. It is an historic district with all the charm of older homes and neighborhoods, but has been kept up and has easy access to shopping, restaurants and parks. It is a wonderful, family friendly, area. It is very close to downtown Tampa and is only blocks from Bayshore Blvd which is the showcase residential street facing Hillsborough Bay."
