We will have one rental opportunity available between May, 1st-15th. Tenants can enjoy an open floor plan, private deck and patio, off street parking and a spacious yard in a great neighborhood. Amenities include: hardwood floors, sheds, free lawn care services, fire-pit areas, ceramic and glass tile finishes, ceiling fans, A/C and high efficiency furnaces, washer/dryers and much more. All of our properties all have fully fenced in backyards, ideal for family pets and small children. Your furry family members are welcome, but we only allow one dog per apartment and up to two cats. We may make an exception for two small breed dogs. One landlord approved pet is included with the advertised monthly rental rate at no charge. Additional pet fees and restrictions may apply. Monthly rent As advertised. This price reflects a monthly rental concession for on-time payment and does not include pet fees. To encourage timely payment of rent, residents are allowed a monthly rental concession of $40.00 when rent is received on or before the first of each month.
One-year lease terms generally apply between April and July. Shorter or longer lease terms may apply out of season or at the discretion of the landlord. A security deposit equal to one month's non-discounted rent plus pet fees is required. Applicants must have good credit, rental, and background history to qualify.
Tenant(s) are responsible for utilities, municipal services, cable/internet, lawn care, and snow/ice removal.
Apartment availability can vary. We recommend contacting us with your potential move-in date so we can match you with a home available in your time frame.
In order to process an application, we require a fully complete and signed application from all who will be residing at the property, $500.00 earnest money deposit, and $25.00 per applicant for processing credit reports. Out of state applicants may be required to pay an additional $25.00 per applicant for background verification.
Specific pets are welcome. However, a one dog limit, pet fees, and certain restrictions may apply.

There seem to be no consequences for children behaving badly, and even violent children are allowed to stay in the classroom jeopardizing the learning and safety of the other pupils. 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe school is total Chaos. I've stopped in on numerous occasions to see dozens of 1st, 2nd, 3rd grade kids milling around in the hallways unsupervised. I've seen fights break out with no adult to stop them, kids jumping off of furniture, throwing hard objects. The problem is there's a few very poor neighborhoods nearby, so there are a lot of disadvantaged kids. Which is fine... but the school administration refuses to staff for that. After numerous complaints, meetings will all levels of the administration and a community petition signed by dozens of parents they finally hired 1, part time person. That's it. The problems persist, there is little to no communication with the families and it's only a matter of time before a child is seriously injured here. "This is a wonderful neighborhood/community. Schools are walking distance (public and private), busy community swimming pool is just across the street, bus stop within one block, close to the beltline and restaurants, shopping. Very close to fitness centers like the YMCA...bike paths to the college are just blocks away. "
