    "This area is a great central location. Set in a single family subdivision. Close to parks and recreation. It is close to the beltline for an easy commute in any direction east or west. However tucked away well established subdivision away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Homes have larger back yards, mature trees and landscaping. Great for first time home buyers or move up buyers, those about to retire."
