Easy access to Aurora and downtown. Aurora is close but not too close. I’ve seen more neighbors bike riding the north/south streets this summer than ever before."

Within a few miles of everything. Easily get to the mall, the zoo, green lake, Carkeek, Ballard, Fremont, Queen Anne, Golden Gardens beach and more, Easy commute downtown."

    "We've lived in Broadview for over 5 years now and really love it. Its a quiet area with many neighbors out walking family & pets. Some families in the area and quite a few older/retired folks. We are in our 30's, with a young kid and love the ability to go to parks, dinner/nightlife in surrounding areas. Being in the Amazon prime -now delivery area is a huge plus! It's approx an $8 uber to Greenwood and $10 to Ballad & Fremont for date nights. If you have kids, its about a nice walk to Carkeek Park and a 6 minute drive to Woodland Park Zoo. We go very often!"
