"Safety is great! Parking can be aggravating at times. People care to themselves. I didn’t fear anyone when walking to my vehicle. Security was present. "

"I have lived in the Neighborhood for over 6 years. Home park is surrounded by greatness. Midtown, Westside, Atlantic Station and Georgia Tech surround Home Park. You can walk to Target, Publix, incredible restaurants and night life, Movie Theatre, Shopping, Marta... It is a true hidden gem!"

"While 1016 Lofts are a dog friendly community; there is no enforcement of pet policies. Dog pee and feces can be found on side walks and common areas on a regular basis. Aggressive dogs and ignorant/careless owners are abundant. Dogs off leash or in forbidden areas is a common occurrence. "

"Antico Pizza and Bar Amalfi provide a forum for any and everyone to get together and have some of the best food and drinks in town. Just ask the last 500K to pass thru in the last 6 months. "
