"Good place to live and commute as need be. Piedmont park is terrific. Certain pockets are avoidable (like any neighborhood). Easy commute to work (against traffic)"

"lots of sirens, constantly loud for no reason. homeless people everywhere. people breaking into cars"

"Everything that you could possibly want or need is basically at your fingertips. Walking or driving is convenient. There are also multiple types of transportation vehicles such as zip cars, electric scooters, bikes, etc. "

"traffic horrible! two lane roads with lots of cars and no public trains. and they keep building with any plans to expand the roads. "

"Everything. Dogs & their owners R highly regarded. There would be no problem. Nearly all dog owners R very responsible. Carry a pooper-scooper & U will be much admired."
  • Francheska F.
"People need to pick up more poo. Please. Also, there aren’t dog parks around really. You mostly walk on sidewalks. "
  • Hcwingfeld
"People don’t pick up after their pets. Not a lot of green space. Lots of dogs in the area. No breed restrictions "
  • Dr.jcosby
"Very quiet place in midtown. Plenty of students and nice area. I would live here forever and buy a house if they weren’t so expensive."
  • Jimmy B.
"I lived here for years. It’s changed a lot but it’s just gotten more expansive. This is Williamsburg of ATL. "
  • Ptsareginold
"Safety is great! Parking can be aggravating at times. People care to themselves. I didn’t fear anyone when walking to my vehicle. Security was present. "

"I have lived in the Neighborhood for over 6 years. Home park is surrounded by greatness. Midtown, Westside, Atlantic Station and Georgia Tech surround Home Park. You can walk to Target, Publix, incredible restaurants and night life, Movie Theatre, Shopping, Marta... It is a true hidden gem!"

"While 1016 Lofts are a dog friendly community; there is no enforcement of pet policies. Dog pee and feces can be found on side walks and common areas on a regular basis. Aggressive dogs and ignorant/careless owners are abundant. Dogs off leash or in forbidden areas is a common occurrence. "
  • Rnlitsky
"Antico Pizza and Bar Amalfi provide a forum for any and everyone to get together and have some of the best food and drinks in town. Just ask the last 500K to pass thru in the last 6 months. "
  • Lawrence S. J.
"I love it here, there tearing the houses on my block down for student housing I would like to stay in this area or brookwood"
