The house is now occupied by 7 Belmont males, who are graduating this year after two years of renting, and before that, it was occupied for three years by 7 Belmont females. As you will see, it is a unique house designed for community, social enjoyment, and friendship.

Two other unique features of the house to be aware of:
1) the presence of six full-bathrooms and
2) ample closet space
3) two full sets of washers & dryers (on the second and third floors)

The house is open to rental by a group of seven, six, or four. If a group of four rents the house, you will have veto power over any other roommates considered for the other bedrooms.

Another option I will gladly accept is to set aside one of bedrooms as a guest room for visitors (friends, siblings, parents) or as an office space, if you prefer.

The house is near Belmont, Vanderbilt, and downtown as well as both Edgehill Village and 12 South restaurants, coffee shops, and stores.

    "Lock your car at night or people will steal ANYTHING even little stuff you think wouldn't get stolen. Really noisy because of houses constantly getting torn down and rebuilt. Most of the new houses are Airbnbs so don't expect to know your neighbors since they change every week."
