    "Not many children playing around the area. There are a few that do come trick or treating and riding bikes, but not a lot. The sidewalks are very walkable and well kept by the community. "

    "neighborhood isn't the best, unruly kids always hanging in front of the house, loud neighbors and never a parking space "

    "Lock your car at night or people will steal ANYTHING even little stuff you think wouldn't get stolen. Really noisy because of houses constantly getting torn down and rebuilt. Most of the new houses are Airbnbs so don't expect to know your neighbors since they change every week."
