"Being so near Music Row makes the area quite unique in the number of recording studios everywhere you go, but, unfortunately, the city is changing and many independent artists and studios are threatened by mainstream commercialization."

"Neighborhoods are pedestrian friendly, lots of cool shops and restaurants in walking distance. Good mix of historic and modern architecture. Love being so close to downtown and having three hospitals within about a two mile radius."

"Lock your car at night or people will steal ANYTHING even little stuff you think wouldn't get stolen. Really noisy because of houses constantly getting torn down and rebuilt. Most of the new houses are Airbnbs so don't expect to know your neighbors since they change every week."
