What Locals Say about Waverly

"friendly area, nice walkways to take a day time stroll. Parks nearby for kids to play at. there are plenty of nearby stores so its nice to have it all around our neighborhood. I wish there were more stop signs though or a speed limit when in the neighborhoods or any sign that reads " kids at play" because we live on a busy street and there are alot of kids playing outside and there are too many fast drivers "

"lot of streets easy driving. Easy to get where you need. Near a lot of places to get food a Kroger, Meijer, and a Walmart. You also have Horrocks which gets bigger, and better everytime I go."

"I've lived here for over 5 years now, and love the community. Close to major shopping centers (Meijer, Target, etc.), although just far enough away to keep the community quiet and safe. Close to school district, restaurants, and minutes away from downtown Lansing. "
