"There is always something going on at one of the local restaurants or the farm. Neighboring borough offers parades and a car show. It’s a very active and lively neighborhood and has lots to do. Lots of small businesses are in the area and the community pulls together and pitches in or one another. "

"Fox Chase has great public transportation. The Fox Chase train station can take you downtown in about 40 minutes. There are also multiple bus routes available. There is quick and easy access to US Route 1 (Roosevelt Blvd) and I-95 is also very close."
