    "We have rented in this community for one year. A lot of people walk in the evenings. It seems like the majority of houses have three cars or more so the street gets congested some times. There are a few people who drive around with their music loud in the evenings but it usually stops after dark. There is an Ice cream truck that comes through some times. "
