"We don’t tend to have community events. However, the neighborhood is safe and people look out after each other. Example is the 2016-2017 winter folks helped each other with snow shoveling and pushing cars."

"I actually don’t know this neighborhood but the area is familiar, I have lived here before and everyone is really friendly and I also worked in this area before so it’s nice living near friends. Living away from the city is also nice and quiet. "

"I loved being able to watch the kids play in the private back yard even if I was cooking, doing dishes or laundry. It was very convenient that the elementary and high school bus picked up the kids practically right out the door. Spacious for entertaining, location out of town but close to everything, quiet and friendly neighbors."
