    "My neighborhood is breathtakingly beautiful but is filled with money launderers ,child molesters, nosy weirdos, pot odor and WILDLAND FIRES. We have to evacuate 2-5 X a year due to fires and county and HOAs do not enforce fire safety codes. RUN AWAY!"
