"This neighborhood is one of the quietest in Ashland. You still get all the amenities of living in town, with the quiet and safety of being farther out in the country. Large lots, many of them fenced and perfect for the family dog or just for your children to play!"

"Moved here with my wife for a new job. It's a nice little town, but there isn't much to get excited about. It's a safe place to raise a family, which is great, but you'll have to drive about an hour to get to any big cities (Columbus, Cleveland, and Akron). There's still shopping in nearby cities, 15-30 minutes away. If you decide to live here, you'll have good neighbors and plenty of peace. "
