Mature trees, beautiful Peninsula Park and sunken rose garden,charming restored older homes with personalized front gardens, convenient public transportation, on main bike routes. Short walking distance to branch library, Cascade Community College, pub, coffee shops, restaurants. Walking/biking distance to trendy Mississippi and Williams shopping/dining districts, Interstate Max stop, New Seasons. Lively cultural mix, strong sense of community. Less than 10 minutes by car to downtown Portland, Lloyd Center, Jansen Beach"
