Each apartment features a full appliance package including a gas range/oven, vent hood, and refrigerator. Water, sewer, heat and trash are all included in the rent! The building was designed for tenant convenience, with an onsite leasing office, three elevators, an oversized laundry facility with ten washers and dryers, storage lockers. "I've lived in this neighborhood over5 years and don't know my neighbors names. Most of them don't even speak. A few of them do wave to me when I wave and say hello to them. so I stay inside when I'm not going out. There are a lot of big buildings or companies around here.B ig trucks delivering products are always around here blocking my driveway. I just don't think it is a good neighborhood, especially to raise kids. "

"People here are just nice, for no discernable reason. You get acknowledged by nearly everyone you pass on the street and cashiers will, on occasion, cover the remaining balance of your purchase if it's under ten cents. It's just super low key and pleasant."
