"For the most part I feel safe. But I rent, I wouldn’t buy a house here. We’ve had a few car break ins in the past and someone kick our door at 1am. But its 10 minutes to downtown Sanford and 5 from the airport. 1 minute from 417"

"Safe neighborhood with only one way in and out. Perfect for Halloween and there is a friendly holiday gathering on the night we light candles on both sides of the road. Homes are custom so no cookie cutter atmosphere. Side entry garages add to the beauty of the neighborhood."
