    "Everyone picks up after their dogs and almost everyone has a dog. There is also a good sized day park. 1 for smaller dogs and one for larger dogs. They have cans near the dog park with garbage bags to pick up any poop. Of course there a some people that don’t pick up after there dog but 90% of them do."

The A-rated community school is wonderful for families with small children. Included in your HOA dues is a family membership to the YMCA.
