Our apartment homes feature generous offering of granite in the kitchen, bathroom, and bath surround. Also black appliances including stove,
dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, and stack-able washer/dryer.

The Lotus amenities were created to facilitate community beginning with an outdoor pool and 18 person hot tub. 2 fitness rooms, a rooftop lounge area with a fire pit, and wet bar. Our objective is to make getting to know your neighbors a fun exercise.

We offer controlled access building, elevator, and garage parking. We offer 1 and 2 bedroom floor plans ranging from 474 sq. ft. - 1063 sq. ft. $1499 to $1999 depending on the unit. Apartments will be available now!

However lots of transients live around so you may deal with them bothering you to pet your animal but everyone is super friendly for the most part but late nights lots of less transients but very wishy washy.
