"There are a lot of dogs in the neighborhood. Dog owners almost always keep their dogs on leashes and usually pick up after their pets. If your dog is easily excited by other dogs there will be a lot of barking when dogs pass by. "

"I commute 15 miles to work twice a week. My husband, on the other hand commutes to LA! Traffic is bad during rush hour in Mira Mesa, especially along Mira Mesa Blvd, it can take 20 minutes to go 3 blocks. Other than that, it's a pretty decent area. I feel safe here. My kids like it. "
