"They would like that there are a lot of dog owners in the area and they walk their dogs at all times of the day and night and they pick up after their animals. Neighborhood is very low on crime if any at all"

"Long but peaceful. Not to much traffic until I get to the end of 210 to head into DC. The traffic coming home is always pretty heavy but I after I pass a certain area I’m ok "

"I have lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years, so have many of my neighbors. Although, I love it. I am ready to move. It’s a good distance from the city and I sometimes wish it was more to do around here. As far as raising your kids, this is a great area. "
