Grand Oak Apartments is a brand new community with a mix of one and two bedroom apartment homes. Interior amenities include granite countertops, stainless steel energy star appliances, ample storage in kitchen, modern ceiling fans with lighting in each bedroom and living room. LED recessed lighting through out. Each unit has its own balcony. The property's water has a softener system that passes through to each unit and a solar array on each building.

Valet trash service included with the rent

Water/Sewer/Trash Collection & Electric are sub metered for each unit. Residents pay for their individual usage with no monthly minimum required. No utility set up or utility deposits necessary!

Renters insurance is mandatory for all tenants

Pet policy - MAX 25lbs for any combination of pets, MAX 2 pets (no aggressive breeds) with pet screening fee of $25, minimum $300 additional deposit for dog and $150 for cat, non-refundable pet fee $300 for dog and $150 for cat, $25/mo per dog and $15/mo per cat. Applicants with dogs are required to provide a photo, animal license, current shot records and have renter's insurance with pet liability.

$85 non-refundable application fee for each adult covers credit and background check; $100 administrative fee will be charged upon approval. The unit will not be reserved for applicant until administrative fee is received by management. Once paid, management will process tenant, create lease, send move in instructions, etc.

Security deposit due upon approval (ask us about our DEPOSIT ALTERNATIVE - RHINO option!); Full first month's rent due prior to move in

Basic approval requirements include a gross monthly income of three times the rent, a clean background, and fair to good credit

Dog park is about 12 minutes, 102nd street can be slow at times. Marina is less than 5 minutes away, only delays are when Anona Elementary on Indian Rocks Road is beginning or ending their day"
