    "Parking is horrendous. And most apartments/landlords charge money for off street parking. There are certain parts of this town that are not friendly and not safe. Fleetwood area/Gramatan Avenue is okay- anything near the traffic circle and beyond is a no go zone- not safe. Crime is high."
