"My family has lived here for over three years, the unique and well preserved homes and their friendly occupants create a welcoming oasis close to downtown Boise. bicyclists, children, and families stroll the streets throughout the year, and our neighborhood block parties are a great way to socialize and take in great local food and craft beer. It's a community that encompasses the spirit and best that boise has to offer; small town hospitality with all of the big city benefits at your fingertips. "

"We recently moved here and are so happy to live in the Foothills East neighborhood. It is so quiet up here, but we are literally 5 minutes from downtown, with shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Even better that that, there a dozens of parks right outside our door. To top it off, the neighbors are awesome. We know everybody in our surrounding area by name and are working on a block party. A nice mix of young and older families. A very community feel."
