"Christmas lights contest, top 3 homes get a prize. There is also a yard sale weekend during the summer. A new childrens playground. A lake that is great for bringing your dog for a walk. also a great spot to fish. we are also close to Georgetown, which has some shopping, grocery store, pharmacy and a coffee shop "

"The Bull Street corridor: the beating heart of downtown Savannah. All points of interest from Forsyth Park to the riverfront are within a ten-minute walk. Restaurants of all types and price ranges. Bars, banks, trendy shopping. You name it, it's all here except parking; that's a big hassle."

"Ive lived next door to this charming home for 6 years. Our neighborhood is a fabulous mix of friendly warm original Savannah families and fun and interesting new families. Walking to restaurants, wonderful boutiques, music in Forsyth Park, and Scad Events makes our neighborhood the most convenient area to live in downtown. If you chose any home on Monterey Square you will be welcomed into a great community that is very safe at all hours."
