"There are a lot of schools in this area. There are parks and water parks in the area. I would not recommend playing in those parks in the evening because there are a lot of homekess that aleeo in the parks."

"I live here and I pretty much no my neighbors and even if we hardly talk we always say hi to each other. Especially those who have children I'm always aware of their children as well as the surroundings. Been here for a year and 5 months months now and I love this area."

"Easy access to freeways. Kind of in the center of town. Schools are close by, downtown only minutes away. Grocery stores and various shopping convenience stores including walmart and kmart are located in close proximity."
