The only main issue could be the fact that the subdivision is always visited by deer every evening and dogs always barking at them. Other than that, everything is fine."

    "Commute gets worse each year as they appear to have no clear traffic plan for FM 1488. They added an additional traffic signal in the last half mile before the I45 on-ramp so the back up now extended through two traffic lights. Can easily take 20 minutes most days driving the 3 miles to I45."
