We are 5 minutes to great shopping; 20 minutes to malls; 5 minutes to highways; 15 minutes to downtown Knoxville! Many ways to get to all sides of the city! Great place to raise a family and economical."

    "I live off of Pleasant Ridge road and have been here for close to five years. This area is super close to shopping, a park (including dog park), interstates, Oak Ridge, Downtown, Pellissippi Pkwy... just very convenient. Depending on where you choose to live, you can have a little sanctuary outside of the city but, still be within a 10 minute drive to downtown! I love being able to run to Wal-Mart or Aldi for last minute items and be home within 15 minutes! Great location."
