Description

Absolutely stunning apartment home with clear, unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. Shared resort feeling courtyard in a charming "Melrose Place" by the sea named "Mi Cielo." The apartment home has been tastefully renovated in its old-world style by a local decorator and includes many modern amenities too long to list in total but features a private patio with sunset views.

Custom cabinetry, granite counters, glass backsplash, curved ceilings--this unit has it all. The stunning courtyard has a central fire pit and a community barbecue. Why go on intermittent vacations whey you can live one every day of your life? Someone has to live here; why not you?

"I drive. Far.I drive I don't take public transportation. There are so many homeless, mentally ill people in this neighborhood it is unsafe to go anywhere. There are high rise condos and OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED RENTAL APARTMENTS IN DOWNTOWN LONG BEACH THAT IS UNAFFORDABLE TO THE AVERAGE COLLEGE EDUCATED PROFESSIONAL! "
