Description

A sophisticated and elegant beauty, our Audrey pulls its inspiration from the iconic Audrey Hepburn. This ready-to-be-built floor plan boasts large secondary bedrooms, it is a very flexible plan allowing the third bay to be turned into a dining room or bedroom. It has an option to expand its already accommodating great room. The dining is pseudo formal and the grand owner's suite closet feeds directly into the utility room for added convenience. This flexible plan also can accommodate a 4th bedroom and extra storage space in the garage.

Community Description

No one ever wants the "Fiesta" to end and neither
do we. The community of Fiesta has expanded and true to its name, our newest
phase called Tesoro is a true treasure. Tesoro provides a
selection of our most popular floor plans, offering a wide range of options
to meet almost everyone's needs. The
amazing Village of Los Lunas is just a short drive south of Albuquerque and
with the economic growth booming, this place has it all. It's
no surprise that this community is as hot as fresh chiles roasting in September
and like the chile, these homes won't last long. *Base price may not include lot premium*

"This area of Meadowlake is easily the nicest and the best neighborhood in Meadowlake it has really awesome people that live here who look out for each other and who will always wave good morning to you. And there's still some kids playing around the neighborhood like kids used too. Every single one of the bus stops for each grade level is off Buena Vista and Cereza so you can choose to have your kid be a little bit earlier or a little bit later depending on all the different bus stops you can choose from elementary all the way to high school. The sun bus also runs in this area regularly. The privacy is amazing and the space is even better in this area. Stunning starlet skies at night that you would never be able to see in the city but also close enough to go back and forth to Albuquerque in less than an hour. Fresh air and peace and quiet. I lived here for over 10 years and never once dealt with any crime, vandalism or burglary. Genuinely great area and you can't beat the mortgage prices they are less than most studio apartments anywhere."
