Being only 2.3 miles to the shores of the Indian River, homeowners can enjoy a coastal lifestyle. Holiday Builders offers four floorplans that range from 1,663 square feet to 2,381square feet of living space, with 3-car garages for most plans.
Please take note that the homes listed under Floor Plans that are “to be built” do not include the lot, whereas the Move-In Ready Homes that are currently available do include the lot.
Beginning on 1/31/24, Brevard County is shutting down the bridge on Micco Road for construction repairs. There will be no access to the Lakes of St. Sebastian from US-1 for approximately 8 to 12 months. The only ways to access the community during this time frame will be from Babcock Street to Micco Road and I-95 to St. Johns Heritage Parkway.
