Description

There's a reason everyone loves the Spieth. Guests enter into the open ranch-style family room and dining room, all filled with light from the double windows overlooking the covered patio. Don't miss the generous walk-in pantry (biggest of all the Cottages!) just off the eat-in island in the kitchen. Beyond the kitchen, a hallway separates the public and private areas of the home, taking you to the primary bedroom with optional tray ceiling. Fashionistas appreciate the large walk-in Primary closet and large storage closet in the hallway. Find ample room for work and guests with the study and second bedroom with guest bath. While this home was originally designed with a single-car garage, please note that it's easy to add a second bay or to configure it as a side-entry garage, depending on your homesite.

"There are not many dog friendly areas. There is a dog park but it is usually vacant. Dog park does have a big area for your dog to play in though. "

"Dog owners often do not leash their dogs. Lots of college students have dogs run out of their house into the street. Too many dog owners do not pick up after their dog and will leave poop on your yard. Dog park is 5 minutes away: nighttime is the busiest time. "

"I have lived here for over a year and I truly believe it’s one of the best places I’ve ever lived. You can walk into a forest from your house. If I were buying a house here I would feel completely satisfied. The people are very respectful and yet friendly, but not too much. It’s very quiet yet there are plenty of children here. "

"This is a quiet and quaint little pocket with a great mix of city and country! I bought my first home here and my kids can walk to school since we are so close. Halloween is packed with all kinds of people and it’s so much fun. The park in the neighborhood is always clean and maintained. I love it here!"
