One mile to walking trail, 2 miles to Fischer Park or Landa Park, and several community centers and gyms only minutes away. Easy access to several State highways and the interstate. "

"Dogs are always leashed, friendly, and seen walking with their owners often. There is plenty of area for them to get their exercise. The owners are very clean and pick up after their dogs."

"If you are wanting a starter house, live in this neighborhood. If you want to establish yourself somewhere for years to come...look elsewhere. This neighborhood is not kept up well and is quickly falling apart."
