"I use to live near by the area when I was growing up!. Never really herd anything bad about it!. I've also took my kids trick or treating out there plenty of times! Just a more expensive part of town but definitely safe and clean"

"I feel safe on my neighborhood my neighbors all look out for each other and it makes living here easy it's also very convenient to grocery store eateries and other outdoor and indoor entertainment."

"The people are friendly and there isn’t a lot to noisy traffic. A great place to live. I have been in the neighborhood for two years renting. My family and I are looking to make this area our permanent residence."
