"The number of Historic Homes and Designs are rarely seen in any neighborhood. Most of the homes were built in the early 1900s. This area is premiere for traveling the east coast. The people are very friendly. The neighborhood has a voluntary association, which holds community events. The Holiday season boasts some great lighting and decor displays. "

"I think every one of my neighbors and myself have dogs. It’s a very walkable neighborhood. I have witnessed that everyone picks up after their dogs and keeps the neighborhood clean. I don’t think there is anything unlikable about living here. "

"Springdale is a lovely neighborhood for walking, biking or jogging. Coniently located close to York Hospital and between York College and Penn State York. Walking distance to City ice and rollar rinks and Hoffman softball fields."
