What Locals Say about Chesterbrook

  • De B.
"I am 7 miles from work, and 5 minutes from every major highway. Unbeatable accessibility, community and upkeep. Also located on the edge of Valley Forge National Park with trails running behind and into every neighborhood. There is a drug store at the top of the hill along with multiple restaurants, a bank, a dry cleaners and a salon. It is also located in the most sought after school district in the area. All around great place to live!"

"Busybody neighbors. This area is the least friendly area I have every lived in. First week we were here, with boxes still to unpack, a neighbor reported us to the HOA that we had too much stuff on our back porch and we got fined $200. I hate it here. "
