"you always hear dogs barking non-stop. please train your dog as people share walls and backyards, it's not fun to WFH and here dogs barking all the time. "

"Lots and lots of dogs in the area. There are a few parks close by where dog owners let their dogs play with each other. No one in the community seems to have a problem with dogs off the leash I’m these areas. "

"very easy access to center city or other major thoroughfares to places outside the city. those reliant on public transportation will have great ease catching a bus or train to anywhere in the city. "

"We started a yearly block party and Halloween is second to none here. Kids leave their bikes on the lawns and parents often hang out. Can’t beat wiss if you are raising a family in the city."

"Three story victorian homes, some made into apartment buildings, young families, young professionals; has a unique sense of being its own village, tree lined streets, friendly, the perfectly situated spot from which to go many directions by car or bus or train - CC, KofP, the Northeast, major highways. The best of it all? The Park. Enter at the top of the hill down the 100 steps. Im not one of the youngins here, but I used to be!"
