"No one in the Washington area has a good commute except some people who live in downtown DC. Route 70 is a death trap during rush hours to Baltimore and I 270 is a parking lot from about 5:30 to 10 in the morning and 3 to 7:30 at night."

"Lived here since 1996 -- Blue Ribbons schools, excellent eateries, safe place to raise kids and be active (walking, jogging, biking). Town Hall offers opportunity to be involved; plenty of activities for all age groups. Safe. Close to Frederick, Baltimore, and D.C. Low county and city taxes. No HOA in the city limits. Safe investment for buying a home."
