"My children are grown so I don’t know much about the school system but given the neighborhood demographics I think the public schools are probably pretty good. There are several private schools (Catholic) in the area that I believe are very popular. "

"There are lots of dogs being walked in the area. Owners and dogs are generally happy here, the only thing people doesn’t like is dog without lease especially not well trained "

"It’s a quiet neighborhood right off of Broward Boulevard and snuggled in the Townsend Park nature preserve and a great place for walking dogs or just taking a walk for yourself. "

"so close to everything...shopping, restaurants, club, parks, wonderful views from almost every condos in the buidlings! Clean, safe with security 24/24, very pet friendly, easy to park with your car, transportation like water taxi in front, biking, etc.... Love this place."
