"I’m a huge dog lover and dog owner. I’m also a real estate agent in the area and specialize in finding areas that your dog will live too. I live in downtown Fort Lauderdale on Las Olas Blvd and there are tons of dog owners. I love walking my dog and chatting with other dog owners alike while doing walks. No matter what route I take my dog enjoys the scenery, smells and fellow walkers."

"I’ve lived in South Florida almost my entire life. I’ve been in Fort Lauderdale for 7 years. I love it! So much to do, see, get involved in and enjoy. It’s a great location."

"I’ve lived in downtown for 7+ years, I love it! There’s a lot happening, it’s walkable, very dog friendly and most things are close and easy to get to."

"It’s on the River with many beautiful boats docked or either going by. There’s a water trolley that you can take to go up and down the river. It’s close to a Main Street with many shops a restaurants. The location is perfect but can be somewhat noisy. All ages life in my area but there are too many dogs. "

"Very dog friendly and lots of places to walk and dog bags everywhere. Also a lot of places offer dog friendly food. "

"A charming neighborhood whose dynamic is changing due to the tearing down of existing structures and building super modern townhouses that few can afford. "

"My children are grown so I don’t know much about the school system but given the neighborhood demographics I think the public schools are probably pretty good. There are several private schools (Catholic) in the area that I believe are very popular. "

"Great mix of housing types & people. However too many cottages are being torn down by investors who are building million dollar + homes and townhouses. "

"There are lots of dogs being walked in the area. Owners and dogs are generally happy here, the only thing people doesn’t like is dog without lease especially not well trained "

"Several of the restaurants are dog-friendly and there are a fair number of sidewalks. We’re also close to a few parks."

"It’s a quiet neighborhood right off of Broward Boulevard and snuggled in the Townsend Park nature preserve and a great place for walking dogs or just taking a walk for yourself. "
