"I live in for five years and it feels quiet order and everything is close on walking distance. Also feels safe during the day as well as night. You can see police patrolling regularly day an night "

"There are magnet schools that no other area has access to. Montessori, mandarin and Spanish immersion. People don’t know about it but it’s the reason we moved here. So our kids could learn 2 languages as their foundation from the start. Helps with math and science down the road. Plus it’s reverse commute and streets are empty on the weekends for bike riding with kids (its flat). Can’t find that anywhere in the bay area these days. "
