"lot's of resources, schools, and parks. this area have a couple of private schools and a couple of uniform charter school, library and easy parking area. near Ikea, Amazon, Target, Nordstrom rack and other cool spots to shop at or hang out at on the weekends or your days off from work."

"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for 8 years, it’s slowly improving. Low income community facing similar issues as other low income communities, speeding, lack of parking, trash on streets, too many cars per home, landscaping is not a priority for most renters/owners."
