"This is a safe area for kids to ride their bikes in the street. Most houses also have a yard for kids to play in. Crocker Amazon Park is also close by and is a great place for your kids to explore! "

"Crocker Amazon Park is a great place to walk your dog. Some areas require that your dog be on a leash but in general it’s a great place for you and your dog to get some exercise. "

"Crocker Amazon Park is close by and hosts regular soccer tournaments. The park is dog and family friendly and includes two playgrounds, community gardens and several trails. It’s one of my favorite places in the neighborhood. "

"There are many families in this neighborhood and many family friendly businesses. There are also a lot of great resident associations. There are also a lot of great nonprofits here that are youth focused. The community has many ways to be involved. "

"D11 is the district with the most families in San Francisco. The small businesses here are great and diverse. You still meet many native San Franciscans. This neighborhood’s greatest asset is it’s diversity and the community does well in retaining that."

"McClaren Park is an undiscovered get and a dog owners dream. Large fields for fetch. Clean reservoirs for the pooch to swim. Tons of trails that will make you feel like you’re i Marin. "
