"I have lived in Pearl River my entire life. There's no better place to live, close to the city, walkability overall is excellent. Buses and trains to Hoboken NJ/PATH Train to NYC are very convenient. Only 20 miles drive to NYC, yet it's a quiet bedroom community."

"Great schools, great community, great village with shops and excellent restaurants. Fantastic transportation - trains, busses and highways all in town. Safe, clean. Plenty of awesome shopping nearby, but still quite and fun."
