"I do not use public transportation but there is a bus and train station nearby. A Car is necessary for transportation in this neighborhood. There are only a few options for food and entertainment and everything closes fairly early. There are a lot of people using bikes and scooters."

"Meet and greet with Santa at the fire station. Live after 5pm band plays during the summer months. Light house good drive on thursdays"

"Good. Traffic is not that bad. It only takes about 25 min to travel 18 mile in the busiest part of the day. ie 8am and 5pm"

"I've lived in the area for about 13 yrs now. It has it's crappy parts of town ,but overall if you do stay to yourself and get out to the beaches and see the things the town has to offer it's really not that bad. You'll be surprised how extensive this town really is too!"

"wavecrest is no where near neighborhood rd there are two different parts of mastic beach wave crest is the nicer side been living here for 4 years now"

"Crab fest is nice we have nice restaurants and a really cute ice cream place like the old days We also have a really nice meat market and deli with great owners it’s called Mercedes they owners are very nice people and they try to feed some not all but some of our homeless "
