"JUST received a dog park, but it’s literally a patch of small grass next to Walmart NOTHING else. Everyone here does have dogs but no one is really willing to donate to have an ACTUAL dog park."

"Always sunny, beautiful mountain views, 20 to 25 minutes to closest ski chair lift. shopping, gas & banks all within 5 mile range.Only 1 hour from international airport, 1day drive to both Seattle & Los angeles. All theses & it feels like its very rural. love it here"

"We have a beautiful view of the Sierra mountains. We are only a 25 minute drive to a Heavenly chair lifts. It's only an hour drive to Reno, 35 minutes to South Lake Tahoe, CA. We do live in the part of underground utilities. Lastly, our lot, & most of the lots near by are an average 1/3 acre size."
