"Great housing stock to choose from, 1930's thru today, housing styles for all tastes. Lots of great 50's & 60's homes at super affordable prices. Super clean area, people don't throw their trash on the ground. This is also a very LGBT friendly area. Great area for a second home if you live in Chicago during the week. "
