"I don't know, I don't partake in community events. There's sometimes downtown main street events. Like in the summer there's a classic car parade. And there's Halloween and day of the dead celebrations in the fall. "

"This area borders Bpulder County open space and has a large park near by. The cars tend to speed on the street so keep dogs leashed when walking the sidewalk, but it's otherwise a great area. "

"There are many many dogs in this neighborhood and around McIntosh lake but there are many concerns of misbehaved dogs off leash around the park and a lot of poop not picked up. "

"There are several open areas to walk or play with your dogs that have pet waste disposal bags at hand and areas to dispose of waste. People are friendly. Most dogs are on leash if not all. Sidewalks are well lit and maintained."
