This is a safe environment where families walk their dogs and children on weekends and weekdays in the evenings. Many neighborhoods have an acre of land for each home and many have horses. There are several riding arenas and lessons available. Houses range from 350-1.4 million. "

    "One of my jobs I drive round trip 6 miles. My other jobs I drive around 40 miles picking up my Grandchildren from each of their schools. My husband drives to Rocklin, CA from Orangevale which is 20 miles round trip. Currently neither of us have access to any type of commuter help. "
